PEOPLE BITCH TOO MUCH

if you payed enough attention to that line, lemme get this ending off my chest.

It’s a pretty good ending. As a series you should expect this from the emotion/action ratio. Maka defeats the villain with courage, which from the anime’s POV is the opposite of Madness. In the face of overwhelming madness and loss of control the character shows the courage to not only face her opponent but attack. Find a little courage and take the ending for what it is. A happy one.

Maybe you’ll find a little madness there. Enjoy that too.

If Asura killed everyone, it would have been better than this ending.

PEOPLE!!! PEOPLE, QUIET DOWN.
THERE WILL BE NO SEASON 2, IN FACT THE SECOND SEASON STARTED AT THE ARACHNOPHOBIA ARC. THE SERIES MOST LIKELY GOT SCRATCHED BECAUSE THE SHOW CAUGHT UP W/ THE MANGA, OR IT DIDN’T HAVE GOOD ENOUGH VIEWERSHIP.
JUST GO READ THE DAMN MANGA. THE PLOT IS SET, THERE ARE PLENTY MORE STORY ARCS TO COME AND ATSUSHI OKUBO (THE AUTHOR AND ILLUSTRATOR), KNOWS WTF HE’S DOING. So please proceed to CHILL THE FUCK OUT.

And here are my comments for the no-ignorant,

I swear, the writers of this ending used EVERY loophole in the entire
Soul Eater repertoire to get this to run smoothly. As disgruntled as i am to see this complete bastardization of the STILL-ON-GOING (check Onemanga.com for bi-monthly/monthly updates to the series) series. I WILL give these writers some credit and big kudos. They made the ending simple enough for any newbie to follow, and added in the Kishin’s big weakness for the hardcore viewers. Now i do doubt that the Kishin’s need for answers will make him that weak in the manga, but we still have a long way to go before thats even an issue.

What happens to Rachel?
How can Maka be a Weapon? (her father is one duh…)
Why doesn’t Maka search for her mom? (good plot for season 2)
Where did Kid’s stripes come from?

That was the worst ending ever! I hate when they end an anime b4 it’s manga and then they come up with the weirdest and stupidest endings possible. Maka is so shit, but they make her seem so awesome. She is so weak and yet she seemed so powerful, Damn tht episode sucked! Which is why I stick to the manga. Maka in no way has the power to defeat Asura nd yet she did. This was a crappy ending.

To Jack Bauer, Torry, Jeff, and others who share an issue with the ‘Courage Punch’:
Do you notice the recurring presence of emotional and spiritual conflict in the anime you watch? If you were looking for a story based solely on physical conflict, where the victor was determined by she/he who possessed the greater physical power, you could watch Bugs Bunny re-runs. Character (and strength of character) is something to consider in these types of stories. Anyone can LOOK BA, but the ones who not only appear so but possess such a nature are that way because of their character. Asura was, in fact, a coward. He possessed great power, but his cowardice made him weak. That is what happened. It wasn’t magic. It was his main weakness. Maka’s courage, something she has harbored within her heart most likely for the duration of her existence as a meister, proved to be his antithesis. I hope you and others can understand this someday. Whether or not the words sound corny or cliche, their is strength in courage.
