same for usopp is he strong in the manga later on? or will he be a retarded fat guy forever? >_>

in my opinion sanji zoro and luffy are the only ones that can do something and the first 2 doesnt even have devil fruit powers lol i can understand zoro’s power but what about sanji and his devil flame kick? O_o there is no way some1 without powers can put out flames from his feet lol…
