This isn’t just a filler -.- it’s background for One Piece Movie 10, so if you want to understand the 10th movie you’ll haft to see all these “filers”. idk about you gut I’m gonna watch and wait so I can enjoy the movie thats made the drawings on the anime so bad for the past half year or so
