I read the manga so I don’t mind much but for fuck sake, there are people who wants to watch the anime and be surprised when certain events occur. I mean, would you still enjoy reading the manga as much if the creator of Naruto told you everything that is going to happen?

Meh you were wondering about naruto’s mom and Yondaime’s background. I can give you a small summary:
Yondaime was a leaf nin who pretty ordinarily got trained in konoha and well he jsut became strong. At academy age he met his upcomming fiancee, Uzumaki Kushina, whome was also the previous 9-tails jinchuriki. Kushina used to hate Yondaime, until she got kidnapped by another nation due to her unique chakra (possible bloodline limit, which naruto may have as well). Ofcourse Kushina was then saved by yondaime and she immidiately fell in love with him. (this is the short history for them)

Random info: Jinchuriikis seal is at it’s WEAKEST during childbirth.

Well when Kushina was giving birth to naruto, Tobi aka. Uchiha Madara attacked. He was able to kidnap Kushina. After kidnapping Kushina he forcibly removed the kuybi from her with his sharingan. Yondaime arrived and took her to safe place. Then yondaime kicked tobi’s ass and went ahead to seal the kuybi. Well Kushina was still barely alive, even though her kuybi was sucked out. Minato sealed half of the kuybi’s chakra to himself with shiki fuujin (the suicide seal, which 3rd used against orochimaru), and then he sealed the rest of kuyybis chakra inside naruto with 8-diagram seal. He also sealed a little bit of his own chakra inside naruto (as we saw when naruto was about to release the seal completely. Yondaime was talking to naruto next to the kuybi. He also sealed a bit of Kushina’s chakra inside naruto. Without anymore fillers, we will ave Kushina tell us everything about what I just said in another 30-50 episodes. This is during the time naruto finally learns to FULLY control the kuybi under hachibi jinchuuriki’s tutoring.

Before this we will see Sasuke killing the unofficial 6th hokage Danzo.

This double episode as all the double ones is a real bullshit… But I thanks the translators for their evrery week work !

Yeah… that was painful. The slapstick humor was pretty fun, but I would have rather had episodes that progressed the story or at least had more background on the Fourth Hokage, like the title suggested. Or how about Naruto’s mom? We’ve only seen her in one episode where Jiraiya was reminiscing before being killed by Pain. Who was she? Did she die? Doesn’t Jinchuuriki Sealing only require one death? Didn’t the Fourth fulfill that? Or did she fulfill that, which is why the Fourth was able to continue living from within Naruto? Inquiring minds want to know. Anyway, I hope the effort they withheld from these episodes is being redirected to the episodes to come, making them extra amazing! Looking forward.

Sorry to say this but you are totally stupid haha. The anime can catch up to the manga in no time. You’re saying as if 1 episode covers only 1 chapter, thats just idiotic HAHAHA. The episodes covers alot of chapters sometimes. Yes, they might be far from each other right now (the aniime and the manga) but it will DEFINITELY CATCH UP TO THE MANGA so it is better to put in fillers when the actions has stopped. The following episodes will only covers Pain’s past.

So to the everyone else, stfu and watch the show or produce your own naruto anime. Some of you might say “But they made us wait two fucking weeks for 2 fucking fillers” *LOLUMAD*

It was not plan to skip last weeks schedule, they had a last minute issue so they canceled it and made this week a 2 episodes special. If you’re a bit smart, you’ll understand that last week episode would have been this filler also.

lol you brats take things far too seriously. so they briefly returned to the original series; so it was filler, doesnt bother me. i somewhat miss the original naruto and its comical layout, and was happy to remenence about it. it gave us a direct rehash of young naruto as compared to his older, more matured and developed self. this accounts for several of the other characters as well. the only downside was that i was hoping sasuke would be with them like old times, not in the background training. nevertheless i believe these fillers were decent. they seem to be a comic relief for a darker more mature plot that is to come. thanx animeshippuuden.

P.S. For those who were surprized by this, perhaps you should pay more attention to the previews from now on lol.

They can’t catch up with the manga. It’s not actually possible.
The manga releases one chapter a week, and the anime releases one episode a week.
And on top of that, there’s usually a 1:1, chapter:episode ratio that they have going on.
So if you look at it logically, you’ll find that they can’t actually, possibly catch up.
There’s no excuse for what they’ve done.

Ok I knew this episode was going to be lame but I thought was going be worth watching but it was ridiculous!! They made Naruto more stupid!! and annoying! plus it was 2 episodes!! Gosh please no more fillers keep showing shippuuden and not old crap not worth watching!

I agree on this as well, and I think it’s fucked up to have episodes from the first half of Naruto, but they’re doing this so they don’t catch up to the manga, wich i find myself reading regulary and it is pretty close the latest chapter, so I can wait if that’s gonna make the story more worthy to watch, but it’s still Naruto.
I’m one of many fans, but one thing tho…

I dont think people are shocked that episode was from Naruto’s past, It’s just why even bring it up? It’s utterly pointless. We’ve seen young naruto from episode 1 to episode 120? And lets face it, everyone agrees he was the most annoying character ever. Now, in the future, he’s gotten wiser, and a much more interesting character. So it begs question, why put a filler up that most are going to hate? For ‘fun’? What would have been fun is seeing Naruto’s sensei come back. For a bit of laughs, THAT’d be fun.. Not this garbage. I’m sorry, my opinion but this was completely wasted material… Maybe they should have put something from Minato’s past? Yeah I bet everyone agrees that’d be so much better eh? I was surprised how dumb this filler was. It was a total waste of episode space and time. It wasn’t even amusing. This one let me down; I honest to god expected more from this filler.

shown before. It is a pain to watch, since it doesn’t deal with
Shippuuden or anything going on with Shippuuden. Still, not a re-run.
And don’t blame the site narb. The site just puts up what the anime’s
creators release. It’s a host, not the creators. Still, I wish they
had a better filler lol. Going back to Part I for a 1 hr special is
not a good idea.
