Plot Summary: Munich, Germany, 1923. Two years have passed since Edward Elric was dragged from his own world to ours, leaving behind his country, his friends and his younger brother, Alphonse. Stripped of his alchemical powers, he has been all this time researching rocketry together with Alphonse Heiderich, a young man who resembles his own brother, hoping to one day find a way back home. His efforts so far had proven fruitless, but after lending a hand to a troubled gipsy girl, Edward is thrown in a series of events that can wreak havoc in both worlds. Meanwhile, at his own world, Alphonse Elric ventures deeper into the mysteries of alchemy in search for a way to reunite with his older brother.

it was one of the best anime movie i’ve seen so far.many complain about the ending but i tinck it was a good ending,not normal like all the others.even though i vould have liked it better if it was a happy ending XD

AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! now all that’s left to do is wait for FMA Brotherhood and ill sure hope it ends much better!!!!!!! STUPID PRODUCERS AND ANIME PEOPLE!!!! why DID YOU NEED TO DO THAT!!!!! or… if another movie should come up.., I HOPE YOU FIX that!!!!! Make it Better!! i feel.. incomplete… GODDAMMIT!!!!!! The WHOLE FRIKIN MOVIE WAS COOL, but the ENDING!!!!!! They should remake the ending!! ed and al should have been with WINRY!!! DAMN!! I feel i have to kill myself because of that ending DAMN!!!!!!

Lol. Look guys, don’t blame the site. Blame the Producers. Although, I agree with the ending(episode 51) doesn’t connect with the movie. So does the brother hood season. What is wrong with the producers? One thing they should know is NOT TO MESS UP A GOOD STORY.
Ugh, it was an awesome movie. But. The ending was totally wrong. They were supposed to STAY in their world. -_- Completely ridiculous for them to be in the other world. Other than that, it was great. :] At least Ed and Al were together.
Actually, Hiromu Arakawa -the original writer of FullMetal Alchemist- didn\’t write this. The ending, and everything that doesn\’t match the manga, was written by the anime people and the producers. So blame them for the ending.
HOPEfully, FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood will have a better ending.
