Firstly! Urahara was not banished…its a cover he was sent their because Yamamoto knew about the plan all along because urahara told him. Ichigo’s hollowfication was not an accident simply part of the process for a shinigami to regain their sword. this is because a zanpaktou only appears to those with the proper spiritual powers and they must be dead..(duh). yes the guy with the wierd fro is Tousen. Aizen uses the same technique as Urahara to make Shinji and the other Captains/Vice Captains into Viazard…he just cuts the chain the binds them to their true soul…allowing their souls to become lost in the realm of chaos…which if you have read bleach chapter 350 u will find out that is how ichigo becomes yet more powerful! (omg his new form is the most amazing thing known to man!). The whole purpose of these fillers was to help make a bridge between several happenings in the manga so the viewers can see the big picture…this is one huge conspiracy that Yamamoto has known about and covered up for some time now…I’ll let you all know this is about to become unbearably interesting!

Ichigo got the ability of hollwification when he fought Byakuya and repaired by Urahara by cutting the chain in his true soul and if not repelled by himself he will turn into a hollow(another method of hollwification ) and, they did not kill Kensei he is also a vizard and Urahara did not do the hollowification method upon most of the present vizards either Aizen or the “genius” gin did it.Itwas really obvious that Tousen stabbed Kensei because of the dark shroud ability.Urahara got banned because Commander General Yamamoto Genryuusai thought that he was behind the hollowification of the captains and the vice.In turn Yoruichi herself was banned for helping Kisuke. And as if,everyone was doubting that Aizen caused the hollowification, he really did,and it’s really not necessary to tell the Espadas about the hollowification, Aizen has purposes for doing it all,but authirity, has, little to do w/ secercy also regarding of Ulquiorra Schifer. Hahhahah Ichigo didn’t practiced hollwification it was an accident “chance” the true purpose was to bring back his Zanpakutou. but the situation was to make him stroger so they gave him ideas about hollowification

actually they were first pure hollows but after Urahara Kisuke cured them later they, were the called Vizards and its not weird either that the ones who were sent there became vizards because their is somewhat a technique given to them by either Gin or Aizen himself to induce Hollowification in them which in turn if given a cure will become a transformation resever for you. Regarding Kaname Tousen and Gin Icimaru’s squad, they were in the first place a traitor to Seiretei and Gin joined one of the squads to mask his true objective

That means that she will break trought her hollow form like Ichigo did when he practised to be Vaizard. Its like the next episode will be like that that these dudes all will turn to hollow after they kill Kensei and will break trought it and become vaizards. That means that Aizen is behind it but not litteraly ( dunno how to write it) or Kisuke is.(For the way see looked after watching moon and that cup. There is sth he knows and there must be some reason why he acts so dumb.)

I dont think Aizen, Ichimaru, and Tosen made the Visords. It does seem like it was Tosen who attacked Kensei but I think something else actualy made him become a visord. You have to think of how Ichigo became a visord (Him almost becoming a hallow while trying to regain his powers that Byakuya took). And If Aizen made the Visords wouldnt he know more about them, and wouldent he inform the espada. When Ichigo fought Grimmjow and Ulquiorra they seemed surprised as heck! I would understand if Aizen didnt tell Grimmjow, he’s kinda rebelous, but he gave Ulquiorra a position of athority, “run things while I’m gone”…………..Ok. I’m ranting a bit, I could be wrong.

at least we know how the vaizards come into the picture now can’t wait to see what happen’s next….

So those two were the first Vizards then everyone else follows suit to get stronger. (not a spoiler just my thoughts) P.S. Aizen was an ass 100 years ago too?! Who would have thought.

Did anyone notice that all the people who were sent out Shinji, Hiyori, Kensei, etc. are all people who become Visords. And the Captains who were sent out belonged to 3rd, 5th, and 7th squad. The same as Captain Gin Icimaru, Captain Sosuke Aizen and Captain Kaname Tosen……Weird.
