Ok, as stupid as this sounds, I actually have to explain this so NO ONE GETS THE WRONG IDEA HERE!!!!! If you pay attention to the last 2-3 mins of the episode you would find out that his sister is not really BLOOD RELATED! So anyone thinking it’s weird…please don’t.
